This page explains, in plain English, what happens to information you provide when you use this website. We try not to collect anything we don't need, and we try to be specific when we do.

What we collect

When you book a call through the calendar embed on this site, the booking is handled by Cal.com. Cal.com collects your name, email address, and any details you provide in their booking form. Their privacy policy governs that data. Once a booking is confirmed, we receive your name, email, and the time you chose, in our calendar.

When you email us at hello@goarmstrong.co, we receive whatever you choose to write. We store those messages in our inbox.

We use Plausible Analytics to count visits to this site. Plausible is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or collect any personally identifying information.

What we don't collect

No advertising trackers. No cookies for marketing. No fingerprinting. No reselling of anything to anyone.

How long we keep things

Bookings live in our calendar until they're archived along with normal calendar history. Email lives in our inbox until the conversation ends. If you ask us to delete anything we hold about you, we will.
